7-step guide to start becoming “that girl”

The "that girl" trend is about becoming the best version of yourself by embracing healthy habits, self-discipline, and a positive mindset. However, it could get overwhelming when you don’t know where to start so here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started:
1. ESTABLISH A SIMPLE MORNING ROUTINE
Try to start the day with the right foot by creating a realistic morning routine that energizes and motivates you. No, I will not tell you to wake up at 5 a.m., go for a six mile run and chug on tons of lemon water. Let’s be real, no one could do that for more than a week without feeling burnt out and miserable. Wake up early and try to fight the urge to press the snooze button. I know it might seem hard at the beginning but I promise you that half an hour more in the bed is gonna lead you nowhere.
First thing first: HYDRATE! If you successfully managed to make your way out of your bed, start off by drinking a couple of glasses of plain water on an empty stomach, add lemon if you like the taste but be aware that lemon water alone is not going to give you a flat belly and visible abs.

A huge amount of caffeine could also mess with your hormones and disregulate your menstrual cycle so stick to one cup after a balanced breakfast and you’re ready to go.
Develop a workout routine that you enjoy and can stick to, whether it's yoga, running, strength training, or dance. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
Leave the damn phone aside. I know it’s hard and I myself am guilty of it too but going on our phone first thing in the morning is a huge energy sucker. You may start by checking your messages and then spend the next hour scrolling on social media. So now you’ve lost all the time and motivation to do everything I mentioned above. DO NOT DO IT.
